reflective ceiling personable service great location
I found the pool quite gorgeous. Its reflective ceiling created a calming atmosphere. The hotel location is good. It is near Orchard Road but slightly off, so there are no noise. Sofia at check-in was very personable. Her warm service.

amazing staff special meal technogym equipment
the staff at the club lounge were amazing. pushpa, edlyn, blair, seoul, claire and shafi. i am gluten free and each day there was a meal specially made for me. the gym has technogym equipment and is cool.

slow check-in breakfast mishmash
the location was acceptable, walking distance to orchard road.
The check-in took forever, nearly 40 minutes after a long flight. It seemed like the staff were still in training. also, no 24-hour room service. I mean, if i'm hungry after 10 p.m., tough luck. breakfast wasn't anything to write home about. It was just a weird mix of asian and western dishes that didn't quite hit the mark.

excellent architectural design and friendly staff
excellent design resort feel friendly staff
i appreciated the design this hotel had i found it visually excellent. the greenery brought a resort feel to the hotel. i found the staff in the club lounge particularly good they provided a nice experience. the afternoon tea and cocktail hour were highlights i enjoyed the food and free flow drinks.
i encountered noise from the air conditioning fan it was quite disruptive during the night. i found it necessary to switch off the ac to sleep comfortably. this was a notable inconvenience i hope it can be addressed .

the hotel's location near orchard road provided convenient access to various shops. it was not directly in the center but offered easy access. i found the accessibility to be a major advantage for exploring the area.

the breakfast buffet had extensive options i found a wide variety of choices. the mediterranean restaurant mosella had amazing food. i particularly enjoyed the beef tenderloin it was a highlight of my dining experience.

the staff throughout the hotel were consistently helpful. reception staff were cute and efficient. i also found the restaurant and lounge staff went out of their way to assist me.
