amazing staffspecial mealtechnogym equipment
the staff at the club lounge were amazing. pushpa, edlyn, blair, seoul, claire and shafi. i am gluten free and each day there was a meal specially made for me. the gym has technogym equipment and is cool.

the location was acceptable, walking distance to orchard road.
The check-in took forever, nearly 40 minutes after a long flight. It reminded me of the staff were still in training. also, no 24-hour room service. I mean, if i'm hungry after 10 p.m., tough luck. breakfast wasn't anything to write home about. It was just a weird mix of asian and western dishes that didn't quite hit the mark.

i appreciated the design this hotel had i found it visually excellent. the greenery brought a resort feel to the hotel. i found the staff in the club lounge particularly good they provided a nice experience. the afternoon tea and cocktail hour were highlights i enjoyed the food and free flow drinks.
i encountered noise from the air conditioning fan it was quite disruptive during the night. i found it necessary to switch off the ac to sleep comfortably. this was a notable inconvenience i hope it can be addressed .
