I recently stayed at Pan Pacific Orchard and had a mixed experience. The hotel itself is lovely with comfortable beds and a nice breakfast buffet, but the service was lacking and the room had several issues that detracted from my stay. Overall, it felt like the hotel needs some more time to iron out the kinks.

I recently stayed at the Pan Pacific Orchard for a good 9-day holiday. The hotel’s location is perfect, just a short walk from Orchard Road, and the staff made my experience truly nice. While the Cloud Terrace suite was beautiful and equipped with smart tech, I found the storage a bit lacking for a longer stay. Overall, I had a wonderful time, particularly appreciating the excellent service from the team during a medical emergency.
