The hotel itself is lovely with comfortable beds and a nice breakfast buffet, but the service was lacking and the room had several issues that detracted from my stay. I recently stayed at the Pan Pacific Orchard for a good 9-day holiday. The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk from Orchard Road, and the staff made my experience truly nice. While the Cloud Terrace suite was beautiful and equipped with smart tech, I found the storage a bit lacking for a longer stay.
